(from Route 1 north: exit into Newcastle/Damariscotta, go over the river and thru the village, bearing right at traffic light onto 129/130 Bristol Rd. 0.4 miles, blinking orange overhead light, turn right towards Miles Hospital, first left is Schooner street, building is on the right.
From Route 1 south, exit onto Route 1B towards business area, turn left at 2nd light onto Route 129/130 Bristol Road and then as above.
